Our MMA instructor Craig Ma’har is highly trained in his field since 34 years who has been running specialist classes for women, security and bodyguards. He conducted seminars all around Australia.
Craig is an Emergency Service Officer for 4 years and an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for 6 years.
Steffen Raebricht from Germany is a former parachuting officer and knows how to handle difficult situations. As a psychological consultant he has a strong background in psychology.
Steffen is a transactional consultant, and educator, a NLP trainer, a Curative Practitioner for Psychotherapy and an Author.
Day 1
(9 – 11 am)
1. Elbow Grab Escape
Someone is pestering and firmly grabs you by the arm with both hands to stop you from leaving.
You’ll Learn The Escape
Gain your balance, grab the wrist of the arm being grabbed then suddenly step away and pull the arm towards you.
2. Hair Grab counter
You have been grasped painfully by the hair.
You’ll Learn This Move
Hold the elbow of their arm and pull your body hard against it. Turn, step and hit them in the face.
Day 2
(9 – 11 am)
3. From the Ground
You have been pushed to the ground, the attacker managed to pushed you down from any angle.
You’ll Learn this Move
Fall safely, turn on one side, curling your knees up and elbows towards your chest with your head tucked behind your forearms.
4. From Underneath
An aggressor is sitting on top of you.
You’ll Learn the Get Away
Place one hand behind their head and bring one foot near your hips. Pull his head then push upwards with your bent leg.
Bonus – Workshop:
Phycological Mind Games
You’ll learn how mind games evolve in relationships, how to detect them and how to remove yourself from the situation.
The best is, you are going to learn to detect mind games and how to decline them smoothly and respectfully.
Day 3
(9 – 12 am)
5. Held From Behind
Someone has wrapped their arms around your waist, from the front, despite your objections.
Learn How to Get Free
Place one arm horizontally against your aggressor’s throat then slap your own wrist hard as many times as necessary.
6. Repeating all moves
We will repeat all moves from Day 1, 2 and 3 as many times as you want!
